Six-year inspection points of CNC milling machine

1) Clean the inside of the electric control box of the CNC milling machine and keep it clean.

2) Replace the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic device and the lubricating oil in the lubricating device, clean the oil filter and the inside of the oil tank

3) Check the motor bearings for noise and replace if necessary

4) Check all relevant accuracy of CNC machining center machine tools

5) Visually check whether the electrical components and relays of the CNC milling machine work reliably

6) Measure the clearance of each feed axis, and adjust or compensate if necessary.

7) Check the brushes and commutator surfaces of each servo motor of the CNC milling machine, and repair or replace if necessary.

8) Check the complete operation of the test program.
